Serial production of coated precision optical glass and crystal elements in sizes ranging from 0.5mm to 100mm in diameter is the focus in our Easthampton facility.
30 years experience allows us to efficiently deliver difficult, demanding optics efficiently in lot sizes of 100 pieces.
Some of our specialties include low absorption, high damage threshold AR coatings for VIS and Near IR (1064 nm & 1550 nm), low scatter (low micro-roughness), tight tolerance (low scratch dig) work provided with complete and accurate inspection reports to ISO and MIL standards along with reliable deliveries. Customers are from commercial and ITAR related markets.
In Jupiter, for glass and crystal materials, we polish aspheric optics to 250mm in diameter and spherical optics up to to 500mm in diameter.
