The employees of JENOPTIK Optical Systems, Inc. held celebrations of the 20th anniversary of the founding of Jenoptik at each of US locations this summer. These celebrations followed the formal event held in Jena, Germany July 2nd. The local anniversary celebrations provided a time to reflect on the dedication and accomplishments, technical and commercial, of Jenoptik employees worldwide since 1991.
For employees in our Jupiter facility (shown here), the anniversary celebration fell 20 years to the day from the founding of Coastal Optical Systems. With many long time employees from the original Coastal Optical family still on board, the event allowed for sharing of local company history in addition to reflecting on the corporate legacy and celebrating the future of Jenoptik.
